This modernly furnished holiday home is set in the building of First Investment Bank, set on the main promenade of the resort which starts from Hotel Kuban and goes to the beach and the sea. Here you will find a number of restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment is furnished with all the necessary furniture and is equipped with black and white goods.
The apartment consists of a fully furnished kitchen with built-in appliances (fridge, extractor hood, hobs, microwave,kettle, sandwich toaster, etc.), a living room with an TV (Digital TV & Internet) and a reading (chill) area, a stylishly furnished bathroom/WC with a bathtub, hairdryer and telephone, a cozy en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is another small room with washingmashine, WC and a sink in the living-room. The flat also has a videophone and an alarm, as both the building and the parking lot have 24-hour security.
